To ensure a vehicle on your event date, please make your reservation as soon as possible! 

Q: What is your service area?

A: We call New Braunfels home-base, but serve a large portion of Texas. Some of the cities we service are: Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Marble Falls, Brownwood, Bryan/College Station, and everything from San Antonio, up I-35 to Waco.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Fill out our online information form to give us details about your event. Once we have your info, we will contact you and send you the contract form which also includes our terms and conditions.

Q: What happens if I cancel my reservation?

A: If you decide to cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your event, there is no cancellation fee; however, your deposit will not be refunded. If you decide to cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your event, there will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed to the individual who signed the contract with Comal Classics, and the reservation deposit will not be refunded. 

Q: Do I get a refund if your classic car breaks down?

A: It is highly unlikely our cars will break down. We have maintained them to the highest standard, including inspections prior to each client event. However, in the event that the classic car you reserved breaks down or malfunctions during your reservation, we will refund your full reservation charge (which includes the initial 50% deposit).

Q: What if you sell the car I booked?

A: While not probable, this is a possibility as our classic cars are maintained to the highest standards and are desirable in their own special way. If we are ever faced with selling the car you booked, we will notify you and give you the option to choose another car at no extra charge.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge for using your sweet rides?

A: We do have a 1 hour minimum for transportation, a 2 hour minimum for photos. 

Q: What happens if my schedule is running behind the day-of?

A: We maintain great relationships with wedding planners and will make every attempt to be flexible with last-minute changes. However - in the event that we cannot accommodate the changes and the reservation is extended beyond the booked time frame, a $100 charge will be invoiced for the overage (up to 1 hour additional time). Overages beyond 1 additional hour will be invoiced an additional $100/hr.

Q: Can I eat, drink, or smoke in your classic cars?

A: We don't allow any food or drinks in the cars, except for bottled water. No tobacco products are allowed in our cars as well. Violations of this policy will result in a $50 fee per incident.

Q: What safety rules do you have for riding in one of your vehicles?

A: We require all passengers to buckle their seat belts before we depart. We want you and your party to remain safe and enjoy the ride!

Q: What happens if I or someone in my party damages one of your classic cars during our reservation?

A: The individual who booked the reservation and signed the contract with Comal Classics will be financially responsible for any damages to the vehicle.

Q: What if I get sick in your car or just get it really dirty?

A: If the occupants of the vehicle become sick during the reservation or get the interior excessively dirty (at the discretion of Comal Classics), a $100 fee will be assessed to the individual who signed the contract with Comal Classics.

Q: What happens if we encounter bad weather the day of, or during the reservation?

A: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to inclement weather that could affect our customers' safety and our cars' operation condition.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: Check, Venmo, or Zelle is accepted as payment (balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to scheduled event).

Q: How much is the deposit to secure my reservation?

A: For static display or non-wedding chauffeured rides, the full reservation charge is due at time of booking. For wedding chauffeured rides, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
